Returns Policy

Journey Road Arts wants happy customers. I'll do my best to provide refunds or exchanges if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. And always feel free to call or contact me about anything.

Please be sure to check your size for jewelry before placing your order. All product descriptions display size. (See our FAQs page for measuring suggestions.) Some necklaces and bracelets can be custom ordered if the size available is not right for you.

Each computer displays colors slightly differently. The piece will be close, but may not be exactly the same color as shown on your screen. Returns/exchanges are accepted for major color differences (contact me if you have a color problem as I might be able to provide an exchange item).returnspagepic.jpg

Sending ReturnsCall or email me immediately using the form below with any returns. Please ship items back in original packaging with insured and/or signature required postage. Use return address from original packing. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie: you received an incorrect item); see details below.

If there is a problem due to the shipping company's handling of your order, please contact them directly. If it's a problem with internal packaging, please let me know right away.

Timing: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please use the contact form below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Returning Jewelry / Dolls / Fiber Arts

Please contact me as soon as you notice something you're not happy with.

Returns on jewelry that is not Custom Ordered will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for the following reasons:

  • problem with manufacturing, ie: a clasp does not work

  • you received the wrong item, or an item in a different size or color than you ordered

  • the piece is distinctly different than the photo and text description

  • emergency exceptions (please contact me immediately)

 

Returning Pottery/Sculpture

Returns are not accepted for pottery or sculpture, unless there was a problem in the packing of the pieces, or if I sent you the wrong item. Please take photos immediately of both the damage and the packing situation and contact me within 24 hours of receiving your piece.

 

Custom Orders

Returns are not accepted for Custom Orders of any artwork from Journey Road Arts, unless we have made an exception prior to my creating the piece, the piece was improperly packaged, or I sent you the wrong piece.

 

We will not use any information on the form below for any purpose other than discussing/completing your return. Please note that this might include the shipping company or their representative. See our Privacy Policy for details or call me with any concerns.
